Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the UK.

How quickly do you dispatch orders?

Orders are usually dispatched the next working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Do you offer free delivery?

If free delivery is available, it will be shown automatically at checkout when your order qualifies.

Currently we offer free delivery (48hr Tracking) on all orders over £35.00

Will I receive tracking?

All our orders include tracking. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you contact us quickly, we’ll do our best to help before dispatch. Once dispatched, changes may not be possible.

My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

Please contact us with your order number and we’ll help you check delivery status.

Can I return an item?

Yes, eligible items can be returned. Please see our Returns Policy for full details and conditions.

What items are eligible for return?

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible (see Returns Policy for full details).

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed after your return is received and inspected. Your bank/card provider may take additional time to show the refund.

Do I have to pay return postage?

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order. If something is faulty/damaged, contact us.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
