Do you ship across the UK?

Yes — we currently ship within the UK.

How quickly do you dispatch orders?

Orders are usually dispatched the next working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Can I return an item?

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed after your return is received and inspected. Your bank/card provider may take additional time to show the refund.

I’m not sure what to buy — can you recommend a routine?

A simple routine is base coat + two thin coats of colour + top coat. If nails are dry or weak, add a treatment.

How do I make nail polish last longer?

Prep well, use base coat and top coat, apply thin layers, and refresh top coat every few days.
